COMPANY Tianjin Gas Engineering Design Institute, with short name as TGEDI, established in 1976, has the design identification of municipal administrative grade A as well as design qualification for Grade 1 and Grade 2 pressure vessel, and also has comprehensive design ability for complex projects in gas engineering field. TGEDI mainly undertakes to make the plan and design of gas projects. Altogether there are about 62 people on jobs and six basic sections like Design Dept.1, Design Dept.2, Design Dept.3, Planning Office, Technology Management Office and Comprehensive Office. Since 1980s, we have designed and completed 5,700 gas piping of high and moderate pressure as well as every kind of 1,600,000 gas users. We have dedicated ourselves so much for the "Universal Usage of Gas in Three Years in Tianjin", "Landing of Natural Gas from West Bohai Sea", and "Transmission of Gas from Shanxi Province to Tianjin City". In recent years, our three sphere stations of Binhai, Shanjin and Jingu as well as Shanjing gas piping Tianjin branch project have been equipped with domestic advanced technique and are awarded with one national excellent design silver metal and many Tianjin excellent design prizes.  At
present, TGEDI owns one excellent design team with skillful professional
technique and complete matching major. It has set up inner computer
LAN with CAD drawings displaying rate about 100%. Therefore, it not
only can undertake to the design of all kinds of pipings and stations,
but also it has grasped the design teechnology for new processes of
high-pressure sphere, mixer station, gas charging station, directional
pipe laying and plyethylene piping and so on. In accordance with "Quality
Method" and "Quality Aiming", we keep continuously
improving to supply excellent and safe design, strict and considerate
service to all the construction units.
